At McKinsey, I provide technical leadership for enterprise platforms supporting Price & Promotion decisions in retail. The work brings together architecture, advanced analytics, product engineering, and cross-functional delivery.

At Oracle, I worked on a developer-centric Cloud Native Automation Platform that standardized deployment, application lifecycle management, and observability. Its self-service workflows reduced product deployment timelines from 5–6 weeks to under 24 hours.

At Aristocrat Gaming, I led the architecture and development of a reusable Game Development Kit, guided a core team of eight, and established standards used by more than 60 engineers. The platform reduced game creation time by 40%+ while delivery automation improved efficiency by 60%+.
